Despite being slapped with a 3-year ban by the Athletics Integrity Unit for alleged doping, Nijel Amos's bank balance is expected to boom as the Athlete anticipates to make over P7.5 million before the end of 2023.
Amos told Century Buzz that he is currently working on a Netflix documentary which will be released in September. He said post the release, he will sell his 2012 Silver Olympic Medal which shall be worth P7.5 million at the time.
The Documentary which is titled 'I am Going To Be A Champion,' was supposed to be premiered end of May 2023. Its release has now been deferred to September in order to include the doping saga.
"Now the medal is worth P4.5 million, we're looking at the documentary doubling that. We pushed it to September because we want to include the case on it. It was supposed to be out end of this month but it couldn't because we wanna include the case to show what's really happening," said Amos in an exclusive interview.
On top of the forecasted P7.5 million, 'Zoro' further revealed that he will also generate separate income from the documentary. Quizzed on how much the additional film amount is, other than medal proceeds, Nijel Amos said he'd rather not disclose.
